Ahhh Home Again!

There really is no place like home! I'm back in Melbourne for a month for some well needed quality time with my friends and family. My article on PokerNews this week was all about Melbourne, and some of the reasons I love this place and will forever call it home, tell me if you agree? haha

Around the World with LG: Melbourne

As you all know, the Victorian Poker Championship is happening at Crown. I love getting back there! I played in the Ladies Event on Tuesday night, but didn't even make it to first break! Stupidly decided to bluff at the wrong time, and then QQ held against my AK so from then I was off to the bar with PokerNews Magazine Editor Kirsty Brew who also bust at the same time - so much for Team PokerNews!

I absolutely love when it's raining outside and I'm cosied up inside playing online, which is exactly what's happening today. I just took second place in a single table SnG on Full Tilt for a Brazilian poker mag Flop. It was hosted by Felipe Mojave and they needed a "special guest" to play with their readers which was a bit of fun! I had to spend most of the time copying and pasting between Google Translor and the chat box! haha After I won a huuuge three-way all in while I was on the button with KK (gotta love that), Felipe and I ended up HU and I had a 3-1 chip lead. But of course I donked it all off and he came out the champion when I shoved with 1010 and he beat me with A4... eeew! haha but it was great fun, and I had some great supporters watching like the editor of Brazilian PokerNews - thanks Fernando!!!
