PokerNetwork and Pacific Poker have teamed up to bring you the PokerNetwork League.
Each Wednesday and Sunday, you are invited to test your poker skills against other PokerNetworkers.
Every event will earn points towards the league’s leader board, which will be displayed on this page and updated after each event. After 12 rounds of play (2 each week), the three highest unique points finishers from both the Wednesday and Sunday series’, plus the next three overall unique points finishers (Sun + Wed combined), will receive entry into the PNW League final where they will play off for a Melbourne Championships Main Event entry, flights and accommodation package worth $2,500!
The winner of the each of the Wednesday and Sunday series' will also receive a Melbourne Championships Main Event entry worth $1,100. In addition there will be four satellites to the World Poker Crown, each with an added seat to the prize pool worth $1,050.
Wednesday events are $20+2 and Sunday events are $50+5, with games varying between No Limit Holdem, 6-max and Pot Limit Omaha. All buy ins are returned in the prize pool of each tournament.
Tournaments are restricted to Pacific Poker players who opened their account in Australia or New Zealand. You can find these tournaments in the lobby now, so simply download the Pacific Poker software here, create an account and make a deposit so that you are ready for the fun and excitement of the new PokerNetwork League!

The top 9 points leaders at the end of the league will play for grand prize. This is how you earn points:
The amount of points up for grabs each week, is calculated by multiplying the number of players per event by 10.
Then the points are distributed as follows:
