Yes Andrew, it does look fishy, but the fact of the matter is that all the new poker players signed up by the APA (approx 10 per week) will finish up in the casino. The work done by the APA will be of enormous value to a "new" Adel Cas poker room, and they must know it. Im one for conspiracies but this time there seems to be no motive.
