He has repeatedly failed to answer my questions, and during our most recent discussion made it pretty obvious that TLC will be adopting a "you didn't correctly follow the T&C of the promotion" as reasoning to reject my flight. Of course no one ever answers this phone number, and it strikes me as odd that a large multinational corporation doesn't actually have a recorded message, but whatever.
