casinomeister.com they are very good at exposing shifty/fraudulent casinos and have assisted me to get paid on a number of occasions.I recommend you start making posts in their casino-complainys-bonus-issues forum. they also have industry reps from many online casinos ( including intercasino) available to try and sort out any problems. If they cant sort it out it looks bad for them as it is a public forum
