Default Free flights looking like a SCAM

Hi Guys,I have been made aware of the comments on this thread and am extremely disappointed to hear this feedback. I have spoke to TLC at length over the last couple of days to reiterate the importance of them providing the high level of service we demand. I believe the time difference between their main UK booking office and Australia has been a key factor in the lack of communication that you have experienced. I sincerely apologise for this and would encourage all Australian players to alternatively e-mail this specially designated e-mail address (which will be manned locally) if you have any booking queries going forward… australia.concierge@tlcmarketing.com (as quoted earlier in the thread by Luckyshades).I would like to thank you all for bringing this feedback to my attention, as it will certainly influence any decision to work with TLC again in the future, which as a result of this I cannot say I would currently be happy to do (bearing in mind they do not appear to be showing Australian customers the same level of service they have shown our other customers).However, please can I assure you all that you will all receive your flight. We pride ourselves on honesty and communicating information up front. Despite my huge annoyance at the unsatisfactory service you have received, we have had a number of positive responses from players who have been delighted that this promotion has given them the opportunity to fly to the States.
