Free flights looking like a SCAM
Like YoYo said, I don't think InterCasino are to blame here - except for using poor judgement in their choice of partners, i.e a company who is known the World over for not delivering what they promise.TLC's trick here, is to make it so difficult to actually redeem your flights, that at least 50% of eligible people just give up.Their ridiculously restrictive conditions they impose on travel make it hard to see many people even bothering, and coupled with the short timeline they give you to return the forms, really makes it not worth the hassle. If you wanted to take a 4 week trip to America using this promotion, there is probably not a single window for you to fly that doesn't coincide with a public holiday in either Australia or America, or an "airline lock out period". I'm pretty much done with this now - I went out and paid $2900 to fly next weekend, a price made greatly more expensive because TLC Marketing refused to get in touch with me to discuss my flights. The one last thing I'd say to Ryan is the timezone is largely irrelevant. I wasted my own time calling London every single night, only to get told someone would call me back - something which never happened. And if timezone was a problem, TLC have a Sydney office - but no one (except me) bothers to give out their phone number.TLC is a company who relies on people getting so sick and tired of jumping through unreasonable and sometimes absolutely ridiculous and unheard of hoops, that they never have to give out more than 10-20% of what they promise. And that's bad news for you guys Ryan.
