Just a suggestion - I'm not sure how much of the field you're expecting is going to be locals, but is there any chance at all of making one of the days a 6.30pm (or thereabouts) starting time for the sake of locals who work full time? Maybe even a 3pm start time?

I don't know what (potential) percentage of the field locals who work full time are going to make up, but thought it'd be worth raising the point for the benefits of Average Joes and Joannes who don't play cards for living.
