Ruling?
OK, in a small home game last week it was heads-up on the river. First to act is counting out some chips, looks like he's deciding how much to bet. The other guy says "I call you all-in". I'm not sure if this means he will call if first-to-act shoves it in, or if it means if first-to-act checks he will put him all-in. The latter would constitute a bet out of turn and he'd be forced to abide by it. What about the former? That is, what happens if you call out of turn?In any case we let it slide because it was just a friendly game.
