Hi Aaron,

Our rules state the burn card comes back prior to shuffling. This is not the case with the muck. Prior to brining a board card back, staff are trained to call a Supervisor to their table. I was not aware of any confusion amongst dealers with this fairly simple procedure...I will clarify this with all poker staff.
