Correction Moonshine, they're "pokies", not poker machines.
Someone correct me if they know different or better but i think its more of a case if the poker site is based in a particular country
for operations
then that country's resident are not allowed to gamble on it, the poker site based out of that country.
& Vodo4ka has a point. State & Federal govt's can legally tax and demand operating fees/licences in order to generate tax funds
from the casino establishments on State & Federal soil, so it is in their best interests to block or hinder overseas "online" establishments
that they have no chance in hell of soliciting dollars from on any legal realm or platform.
