Only thing I notice in this specific example is you are in early position & the blind levels are really low. Never underestimate the power of the donkey to call the "standard" 3x raise in this sit with nearly any 2. Make it 4-5 and see if they still call.
Once the flop hits what can you do? You are a massive favourite and got 6 outered.
I'm not sure if this will help, but here is an expert way to play AA postflop.
Do not think of it as AA, think of it as a class of hand.
i.e. on a J84
AA is essentially in the same class as AJ,QQ,KK,AA,84,J4
Your opponent *should* play all these hands in essentially the same manner.
Beginner players have a predisposition to overplaying "shiny" hands such as sets KK and AA, yet they can somehow laydown Top pairs. It is irrational.
I hope this improves the way you think about the game.

I think in general in the 1 table sngs.. you are never really playing too deep so I think you are best to try and extract value and if you get unlucky... you well get unlucky! Try and find places to double up, so when you get AA, ideally you want to play for stacks and really hope it holds up.
I know that sounds very simple, but I would think of it differently in a MTT with deeper stack sizes and such. In those MTT tournis on the flop you had more often than not I would go for it but there are definitely flops that are scary that you have to slow down and think about whether you wish to proceed.
Shipping it in pre I dont think you get the correct value for AA... just my opinion
