Just keep mental notes on opponents bet sizing, hands shown at showdown, bet frequency, position etc and you can get a general outline, maybe also make some player notes also.
I play at the same level each day generally at the same time...... Best thing to do is if you notice a real solid player put notes to that affect next to him, a real donk, put notes to that affect, also stuff like them raising from X position, it all comes in use.
... Just pay attention to every hand, if a showdown is wierd look at the HH and see how it got that way, and honestly you can fairly accurately extrapolate from a single strange hand how someone is playing at that time.

Well i tend to keep track of four tables max pretty okay.
I dont use any software at the moment...mind you i also am not playing high stakes bit short on cash for the software and the BR just at the minute thanks to a car that took 8K out of me by blowing up its auto trans...
So sucks.
but anyway...I digress.
try playing a few less tables and make notes of hands in the notes section on each player as you go along, then you dont need to manage remembering everything.
