lol. seriously if you are using PT3 then you can go to sessions, go to the bottom pick of your sessions (in the click in) it says details.

This will give you your return at different hour slots over the week. that will soort it out pretty well for you once you have some stats in there.

Mind you this is in the cash games bit not sure if it has something similar in the tournaments section but assume that it would have.

Biggest fields are usually in the morning aussie time, they're soft all day though at that buyin level.
