    Default Nit fold?

This has happened a couple times now, both with AKs in position (different sessions) - i.e. I 3bet & get 4bet jammed from the blinds with a big overbet - is this a nit fold on the basis of not getting the correct odds to call?

Smells like a middle pair, etc rather than QQ+, AKs on the basis that if he has a premium hand he wants me to call rather than chase me out of the pot (& therefore would have 4bet lighter)??

Rush game so no stats, reads. I predominately play SNG/MTTs.

without reads just stick in the $7.70 We got blockers against aces and kings. guess the average person is 4-betting something like TT+AQ here. His 4-bet sizing here is completely standard.

Really? I thought it looked too big. I thought 4bet sizing is "normally" in the range of 2-2.5x the 3bet, like around $1.80-$2.20'ish or am I off the mark here?

if you were playing HSMTT's or 1/2+ cash then yeh, but you are playing 0.05/0.10, where people arent thinking along the same lines...

    And reload pre.

edit: seems you have > 100bb, just saw someone mention $7.70 etc...

yeah i dont fold either readless (blockers, 77bbs, etc) but cant say i would be really happy about getting it in as i doubt cold 4bets OOP at .05/.10 are often light.

OK - thanks for the replies.
