Party Poker sign up bonus LIES

Just so those of you considering to sign up to party poker for the bonus advertised by poker network on the front page, I thought I woud let you know it is a lie.
It says you receive an instant $25 into your account. Without having to deposit.
However party poker says that you must deposit.
I showed them the advert on this website and they said I need to speak to the poker network, however poker network a week later still have not replied to my enquiry about it, and no free $25 has yet arrived in the account.

False advertising by all means from this website and in my opinion if party poker let's people advertise lies in their website, then party poker is as to blame.

There are certain sites that are forbidden in the states period! these are the ones based in a foreign country! Some states have laws against even domesticate sites! i know Florida is one as I live here!

No, it works fine.

Received the 25 bonus up front and then a few sit'n'go games later, press.toe, the other 25 arrived.
