i know making a online poker site that gambles with real money in australia is illegal but are you aloud to make a poker site that only plays with FAKE money online??

Making one is not illegal.

Providing the service to Australian players is currently illegal, whether you are in Australia or OS.

It is not illegal for Australians to play.

Why

We still play against all other countries.

I would not want to only play against other Aussie players because it reduces the total prize pool available.
