ANZPT Satellite Qualifying question

Hi,

Having won my first package, I noticed there are some players that even though they have won a package, still try to qualify (especially Europeans)

The only reason I can think of is that you can cash in a 2nd package if another is won? or on sell it?

Would these be it or is there another reason that would explain this?

Any seat/package won after your initial one is credited to your stars account in the form of T$.
