Lol dude, read your opening drivel.

I'm right, you are not... I can't see how it could be any more clear cut (except perhaps if you had a better command of the english language).

    LOL.

All-or-nothing satellites are a special situation, if you dont know how to play them it can cost you, but it is fairly easy to play optimally as you have fewer things to take into consideration.

    LOL.

Crown is the home of shady play and overt collusion, we all know this, you can't all of a sudden whinge when it doesnt work the way you would have wanted it to...

Yes it sucks to lose to a sitter.

It is a legitimate part of the game. Just like a mankad is part of cricket, not many people like it and most consider it bad play but it is a part of the game.

What he was asking on the second last hand is for everyone else to lose so he would beat the sitter. Now that is unfair to ask everyone on the table to forego winning just for that, someone has to be the bubble. Would you fold AA just so a sitter would be knocked out before some other guy? I think not.

As player X just called and then checked, I think he was playing to help out the bubble boy. There is nothing stopping him raising that hand of betting out, considering he didn't, he played it fairly and gave bubbleboy every opportunity to win it.

Player X was of the opinion that he should not be forced to fold his pocket pair in order for the sitter to get knocked out first and I don't blame him.

Given the sitter was missing for 2 levels, perhaps bubbleboy should have adjusted his play earlier to avoid that situation?

PS Pokerstars rules specifically prohibit player collusion against sitters.

I'm so happy that the guy who said "You all know what needs to be done" lost,
and it's even more hilarious that he bubbled to an absent player.

This for me is the feelgood poker story of the year.

Player being absent is almost irrelevant. Whats the difference between a player being absent, and folding every hand?

He has played it well imho.
