Yeah you have 30 beebs, it would be pretty terrible to do that.

Basically open for 2.2x and then either fold or jam depending on opp, with a really playable stack, I'm usually advocating a fold except vs the highest 3b%

How is a call pre so bad? We are IP and its 2500 into a 12400 odd pot. We can get it in on a ton of flops, both those we hit and some we miss.

I mean if he c bets say 8k and we shove 22k on a 9 6 2 rainbow he has to call 14k into 42k right? Doesnt he still fold a bunch here? Would he call with overs say? He check folds a bunch of flops as well right?

Am I way off?

I opened for 2.5x as that is what I had been doing for the last hour, and I generally just raise to 2.5x all the time anyway.

In hindsight, I'm not happy with the flat call. I think if I 4 bet shove he's about 60/40 to call anyway, but I don't see how he could with A5s.
I don't think I'm tight enough to fold here without at least trying to steal with KQs from the button deepish. Admittedly this is how I go broke a lot though. Definitely something I need to rein in a bit.

I'm sure if you remember it that way, then it is indeed the case...
