Blind v Blind, on the bubble in a satellite tourney

10 players remaining, top 9 satellite into next tourney. Average stack is ~13-14bb's.

Folds to you in the SB with ~7bb, the BB has you barely covered with ~7.5bb. You are sitting 10/10 and BB is sitting 9/10. Table is playing pretty tight and the big stacks aren't really putting presure on the small stacks to break the bubble.

From the sb are we shoving any two cards? or given the tourney is playing hand-for-hand, we try to wait it out and effectively fold through?

dont have a nash calc that does 9 places paid (wiz maybe?), but pretty sure ATC is correct.

Call with a semi decent hand and re-evaluate post flop
Shove with anything better than say K-8,J-10, Any ace

2 tables remaining playing 5 handed each. BB has been playing very tight ranging between 6 - 13BBs. Sorry but don't have ptr stats on him from this pc. When the BB has entered a pot though, he has been shoving.

Have you been observing the other table? Stack sizes and recent action on that table would help a lot here.

Not at the action unfortunately. The stacks seemed to be fairly evenly distributed across the 2 tables.
