    This is a spot that came up in the Gold Coast satellite tonight.

    Whats best, shove fold or call??

    Is this a single table sng with only 1st getting paid?
    2125 to win 1300. Pretty sure shoving works enough of the time to be profitable. I'd definitely be interested in seeing this explained by someone good because this spot comes up a lot. I'm pretty sure a call is awful here (10% of our stack oop into a 5 way pot when it's going to be very rare that we're going to see a flop we're happy with) but once again I'd like to see someone good tocomment on this

    I think this seems about right. While it's arguably +cEV to shove here, it probably isn't $EV wise in a sat and I can't imagine you both folding out the guy who 3xs with a 20bb stack and no antes as well as the last player to act a very high % of the time

    Calling is signficantly worse than shoving though

    Doubt you get it through enough, although I dont recognise any of the names, so calling ranges might be really skewed, and yeah at a glance without numbers i'd prob agree with fold>jam>call, but def a close and interesting spot. If the opener is running aggy numbers I prob just spew my chips in the middle and cross everything...
