    Also think flop bet is too small.
    Seriously rickwaa be more of a loser.

    Pre - Hand is not strong enough to raise, position is not good - I fold although I'm a nit.
    Flop - You have to bet 80 to 100% of pot here. lots of bad draws will pay to see the next card.
    Turn - Horrible card - As a general rule it is nearly always a good idea to bet when checked to. Maybe bet fold is better although u lose the 20% chance of the board pairing but u win some pots right there.
    River - you only beat bluffs and bottom set and lose to straight/flush/top set etc.

    GL with Omaha - I've found the Lifeline Suicide Help freecall very useful

    on the flop, i now realise a full pot bet is needed because any:
    8,9,T,J,K is bad.

    Your preflop raise is fine, although i'm super laggy in shorthanded rush PLO

    Bigger bet on the flop

    On the river, go with your read, if he's prone to bluffing/vbetting weaker hands you can call, if he's nitty and doesnt bluff it's a pretty easy fold.
