Actually raise/folding might be optimal in hindsight, depends on your read because some peoples 3bet shoving range might = their calling range so you are actually making it a lower variance play.. The only problem with that is if this is live, he will probably flat.

Depends on your read of the player and how tight they are post-flop and whether you can get them off middle or bottom pair.

Online I would shove by default unless a read or previous note on villian tells me otherwise.

Live I would min-raise or 3x raise and see a flop or fold to their 3bet. Unless I have a very good read on villian and know that his calling range (to a shove) is limited to AK, AA, KK and maybe QQ.

You definately wouldnt want to shove here, it's just risking too much for soo little. The equity you pick up isn't very much compared to what happens when you get called, it really doesn't matter if we're online or not, the risk/reward just isn't there, and we want to be a little more risk averse as we are nearing the bubble, so the ICM tax is going to be pretty huge here.

I like either raising here, or you can try to limp n go. Basically complete and fire and flop about a half to 3/4 pot size bet, shoudl take it down often enough.

At this stage of sng some history as to how you play the sb has been noted by the bb, if you have been raising the sb often then villain is going to take this into consideration, If you push you will only get called by a better hand. As you are on the bubble I would not want to risk it at this point. I would sooner raise then call or fold then call. If I had not been steeling the blinds, I would raise 3000 and fold to a RR.

I don't understand the stack sizes if it pays 2, is this a satellite or something?

I also don't get why people ask questions like this.

    a) There is no correct answer until we know what the other two stack sizes are. Leaving this information out tells us everything we need to know about your game.

    b) You've had a dozen opportunities before this to find out how he plays BBvSB, your mistake is not finding out how to play him earlier in the tournament. Start out small/min raising, if he plays back at you try a limp, try 3betting, otherwise you can start folding. Always remember that SB is a shitty situation and open folding is OK if there are no antes.
