KK Early in Live Tourney

Was running late for the 440 Wednesday game at star city. Got there with the blinds 50-100.

I'm UTG +2 (7500). Raise to 400. Player to my left re-raises to 1400 and has me covered. Cut off goes all-in for about 1950.

Should I raise/shove to isolate? of flat? Obviously I have no reads as this is my first hand literally.

Flatting looks about as strong as shoving, but gives them the opportunity to outflop you. Just keep it simple and ship.

That's what I did. shipped it... I get insta-called. The guy to my left had AA and the the CO had ........KK. What a cooler. FIRST HAND! What are the odds.

If I flat and he goes over the top I'm not folding either so just the biggest cooler.

crai = check raise? Even if A hits?

If no A on flop I agree, but if a bullet hits the flop, Lead and fold to a shove.

But given it was your first hand and you don't know the guy. I'd be shoving it pre-flop. Can't do much about KK into AA. No-limit holdem nightmare.
