which i guess makes this spot a shove cause we should be adjusting and shove wider against people we think will fold more often and shove narrower against people we think will call more often..............

Easy shove against someone who is way too tight; probably a fold against someone who is calling you with a correct range. Work out which he is and act accordingly.

Yeah I think shoving here is optimal. In this structure you have to constantly be accumulating chips, you can't be selective, a spot like this with a tight player in the Big Blind is golden.

Short of getting dealt a god-like run of cards there is no way you make the final table unless you keep taking these small edges over and over again. The structure doesn't allow for ICM considerations with 47 players still left.
