Got to agree - it's sad to say but it definitely wouldn't be uncommon for you to be ahead here (needing to dodge a bit obv) given the loose play that often goes on in 2/3 at Crown.

Yeah thats pretty much the whole point of it, I never play cash at crown, so wasn't sure if this is pretty standard stuff, but obv it is.

We are mostly dead or anti-drawing so folding is ok. Mostly neither player has AK, one has A9 or better and the other has fd+pair or nfd.

Cbet a smaller amount.

AK, AQ, AJ, 97, 9xhearts, nut flush draw and other compo flush/straight draws are also top range hands that these opponents can hav which A7 beats. now gettin even better pot odds it is practially impossible to fold unless a player exposes there hand and has you crushed.

the bet sizing on the flop is reasonable but 45 is a bit nicer. less is the worst option because now it makes it easier for players to call with all soughts of draws and with A7 it is a hand that is vulnerable and you should at least make draws pay the maximum ammount.

worst advise ive ever heard. nobody should ever play poker again according to this advise because if you decide to play a hand pre flop and happen to flop 2 pair then the money must go in with no consideration for the action because its 2 pair and you decided to play the hand instead of folding pre

I'm assuming that the guy that raised to $160 has us covered, but you are correct: we are getting better than 2:1 on a call here.

Anyone who thinks SP was actually suggesting we fold here fails badly at reading comprehension.
