    Default 5/t Nl

Seat 6: ilushan ($280.50 in chips)
    wintyara: posts small blind $2.50
    ilushan: posts big blind $5
    *** HOLE CARDS ***
    Dealt to Hero [Qs Ts]
    Hero: raises $5 to $10
    wintyara: folds
    ilushan: calls $5
    *** FLOP *** [2s Qc 6c]
    ilushan: checks
    Hero: bets $14
    ilushan: raises $27 to $41
    Hero: calls $27
    *** TURN *** [2s Qc 6c] [4d]
    ilushan: bets $67
    Hero: calls $67
    *** RIVER *** [2s Qc 6c 4d] [3s]
ilushan: bets $162.50 and is all-in

Not really much in the way of history, he isn't particuarly wild. He snap shoved river. I did do the standard think for three seconds and call.

    I am bad at NL.

Fold turn if you have no info that he gets out of line, also this is not 5/10 this is 2.50/5

What I think makes this definitely a fold is that your obviously playing 5/10 8game. I might be wrong but most players don't get overly frisky in NLHE in these games and prefer to battle it out in the Limit games?

Well I wouldn't really agree with that. A lot of the guys see NL/PLO as THEIR game (ie they are like 10/20+ guys) so when they play they go after it a little bit. This villain plays up to 10/20nl and I usually play 5/T with him, hence I think putting him down as a nit would be a mistake.

However if I am going to just fold turn, should I then instead fold flop? I mean all his bluffs will most certainly fire again. My actual plan was to call a semi-blank river but then when he jammed at a speed that was not in sync with his previous actions combined with the poor river card I decided to fold.

Is a very in-depth player assessment, though I suppose I should have included it for the sake of completeness.

I would give it that much thought. Fold and move on.

Usually when I call the cr because I've decided he's on a draw, I have a little more than that. I wouldn't feel comfortable shipping over his turn bet so I'd just let it go on the flop. As played he can still be drawing on the turn but I don't like the river... I'd decide I had misread him from the flop or he'd had 5cXc so I fold; which is possibly horrible if he's just going to jam all streets with naked flush draws.

Buttfuck it, if you are uncomfortable in NLHE play it tight. If you are edgy in all the limit games there is no need to dance with the big beats.
