Wouldn't most LAGs only call on the flop if they flopped the flush and wait to reraise on the turn? You're right, it's a fishy call, and I consider myself a real defender of my blinds, but I don't think I'd have called it down the way you did. If I really really thought my 3 was best on the turn, I might have 3bet it though. No sense in letting him see that river cheaply if he has a diamond or some silly straight draw. I'll say what I say online when I'm not sure if somone made a great call down or a donkplay. "Nice pot".

as i said, i went with a read and somehow it worked... the way he played it suggested he had air to me.i never play this way.

unfortunately dan i dont, as if i thought he had any diamond i fold the flop...his call on the flop indicated to me he didn't have a hand - this includes a diamond or a pair.and his turn raise just smelt of BS - but usually i fold to it anyway - i guess i got tricky.lol

thats interesting zero, i think he still plays this the same with the Ad, the turn raise is to figure out if you have a flush, but in reality i think this guy is just drunk, hahaha there was a similar hand were i had KK and the guy had AJo for Ahi was so weird i almost folded the river.DanG

I'm assuming these numbers say this guy is a real LAG. What numbers would you expect for a TAG? Know this is a little off-topic, but I'm hijacking the thread now.

First number is his VPIP%. Thats the % of the time that he voluntarily puts money into the pot.67 is very high. Second number is his preflop raise % and once again his is huge. The third number is known as the "aggression factor" its an index for measuring the level of aggression post flop. 2 - 3 is aggressive. 1.5 is actually on the passive side of things.
