yuck
Phil, surely when you get AA, you want some action. All that a bigger preflop bet will do is chase off speculative hands and scoop the blinds. Plus it tends to scream "I got AA" when you suddenly bet a lot more than the usual preflop raise. As far as action goes. He told you twice on the flop that he really liked his hand by re-raising you so I think you can put him on either 10 10, 5 5 or some hand with a 5. It wouldn't be the worst lay down in history of you folded there and then. With your 2 outter hitting on the turn, I would at least re-raise him to $25, if not push all in. The chances of him having 55 (the only hand you fear) are quite slim. It is just such a remote possibility that you are beat, or will be beaten with your hand as it currently stands. The river. Well, if you put him on 10 10, then you cant lay it down. If you put him on a 5, then its still a tough laydown. I think I lose it all here too.Pretty sick hand in hindsight, you catching a 2 outter to re-take the lead on the turn, and him catching a 1 outter to pip you on the river.
People say I have a bad attitude. Those people are stupid.
