Well I somehow managed to "ruk-box" my way to the title of Eastern Suburbs Poker Champion yesterday to add to my title of joint Western Sydney Poker Champion (end shameless brag!)Ali Khalil and Al Coop - renowned PNW posters - also made the FT along with PokerDome CEO Chris L. and serial final tabler Elli Mitri.The final 5 places paid, with the results as follows:5th Al Coop4th Ali "I'm no $%#$@# nit" Khalil3rd Elli Mitri2nd Chris L.1st Me !Numbers were low, which is a little disappointing, but the tournament was a lot of fun with a good structure, and the staff at Coogee were fantastic.It's important that local players continue to support these events if we want them to keep being run.I give a lot of credit to Chris and PokerDome for being so responsive to their market, and I know that they have big things planned for poker in Sydney, so with the players support there should be some exciting times ahead.

Oh by the way Seawasp if you showed up you would have made about $3k on flop props, I kid you not mate the Q diamonds was coming up on average once every 4 flops.

I can attest to that. Qd FTW!At one point I was up 25 points on Ali in flop bets but somehow he actually ends up winning by a point ... such a sik rigged joke.

Lala and I actually got 3rd in the Teams Event aswell Dean, so I'm pretty confident that I qualified for the table play off, but there is no way I can get back to Coogee tonight.

Yeah im not travelling to coogee for a 3 table sit n go and prize is a table.Although on a side note, table is pretty nice
