    Default An Outsider's Perspective.

Sometimes, when I'm really drunk and really bored, I read this forum even though I live 10,000 wangs away. Because I'm both brilliant and saintly, I have decided to share with you Home & Club Games proletariats my views on your little hidden away noticeboard. After spending a lot of a time, and a lot of XO cognac reading various threads in this specific forum, I have decided that the Sydney live poker scene is a ridiculous shambles of sin and inequity, and not of the good kind. The only operator who it seems has any idea what he's doing is this Jade Tavern guy Paul. Sin + Poker + Schoolgirls = brilliant. The girls aren't really that great but I guess its Australia, so one must make do with what one has. Ricky in blue top with black hair is ok. The rest had better all have great personalties and/or funny anecdotes. Also, Paul, tip: Use flickr.com for hosting pics - Imageshack is dead.

Paul is a shining light in the Sydney scene, his commitment to giving players what they want makes his venue such a success... SP.

Always a seat with your name on it for the Friday night game YoYo !!!Agree with SP, Paul is a good guy, and has quickly earned the respect of all his players - hence there has yet to be a single negative comment on these boards about Jade (that I can recall). And on these boards, thats a miracle!!!

Paul tricks people into playing at Jade by offering excellentpoker games, drink specials and making people feel welcome.

I will always have time for Paul and the Jade Tavern purely for his willingness to listen and not put everything in the "too-hard" basket or dismissing player requests in favour of what may be a more cost-effective solution short-term; but having the foresight to see that being willing to be flexible scores higher in the long run...SP.
