St George Championships $300 entry Sat 12th April

The inaugural St George Championships will be held this Saturday at PokerDome Hurstville at 1pm.This will be a $300 (270+30) entry, with a 10000 starting stack and 30 minute blinds. A strong field is expected to battle out for the prizemoney and trophy. A slow structure will allow for plenty of play.$30 rake free satellites will be run to this event on Friday night and Saturday morning from 10am at PokerDome Hurstville at 1A Hill Street Hurstville.

There's already a bounty on Shades- the first prize. As Shades will finish either first or second, the player who canbeat him wins the difference between first and second place(minus any deals done obviously).

Actually I won't be able to make this event to continue luck-boxing my way to the top of PokerDome fields.But it does sound like a really good event, and hopefully it is well attended!!I know Chris and his team are trying to cater for what the players want at all levels from the freeroll players up to the $1k buy-ins and for that they should be congratulated and supported.
