From the QPN noticeboard:BIG D's CLOSES INDEFINITELYBig D's, the longest running QPN venue, has been cancelled for an indefinite period due to poor turnouts. A loss to QLD poker. How many Australian home games can say they had Kenna james drop in one night?!! It will be interesting to see what happens in th Brisbane home game scene in the future. QPN registrations continue to grow showing that there is ever increasing interest in the game.A shame. I only went there a couple time (no direct flights from Brisbane), but it was one of the best home games you could ever go to...

thanks yoyo, it's been a great run over the last 5 years.we started around dwambo's kitchen table then to maso's garage and finally to the bowl.would hate to try and count the number of tourny's or players that have been to our home game.meant some interesting characters you included (i won't tell you what dwambo and i first thought of you was ... lol)to all that have been to big d's over the years i would like to thank you all and hope to see you at other games around brissy.
