Just wana make clear that im not for or against any poker club i play em all, and i think its childish to try and defame one or anothers business.I just wana play poker were there is etiquette and set standards for a game, i expressed my opinion knowing that you would figure out who i am...thats why i made it clear. Dear All,

The prize pool for the Queen's Birthday Main Event was $15,000 guaranteed. And $15,000 was paid out to the top 20 out of 266 players which is at 7.5%. The top 4 winners shared over $11,400 in prize money with the Tournament Winner receiving a guaranteed $6,000 (or 40% of total prize pool) if they wished to split it that way.

And no one was bitching about it on the balcony. Are you kidding me? Who bitches about a winner's free entry; qualifier's $25 fee or a $110 buy-in fee into a $15,000 guaranteed event. It was unfortunate that your friend received 9th placing... but where do you get your figures from?

Fisho's has never fallen below it's guaranteed prizes - even at great expense. If you want to actually open your eyes and face facts, then just think back to the other poker providers who WERE there previously. If you also wish to defame the venue, then please do it elsewhere.

Man Fisho's seriously has to be one of the most LOL poker rooms going.

I called them once at 9pm on a Friday night to ask what time they close, the convo went something like this:

Fisho's> Good evening Fisherman's club

Me> Hi, good thanks, What time does the poker room close tonight?

F> 0_o what do you mean?

M> Err, what do you mean what do I mean? Just want to know what time you guys close.

F> Oh well.......whatever time we close

M> You cant be serious

F> Yeah mate were serious

M> What times have you been usually closing in the past? (seriously regretting calling in the first place)

M> So I could come down at around 10pm and risk the place closing at 11pm?

Back when TJ's was running things I awoke one Saturday morning after a drug fueled rampage through the city the night before. I saw on my bedside that there was a free to enter powerplay ticket worth $30 BI for a tournament at Fisho's today. So I thought why not, got nothing else to do apart from smoke pot & drink scotch all day.

So I head down to the club only to find the carpark is overflowing with people resorting to parking there eyesore 4wd's on median strips & patches of grass so I ended up having to park some 400m away from the club and took the oportunity to have an esh during the walk in.

Upon arrival I show the TD my TJ card who promptly register's me & assign's a table number however this is where it gets intersting, the fat fuck CEO of the place is standing there behind the TD handing out half A4 size paper forms for players to fill out & hand in before they can take there seats otherwise they were not allowed to play full stop. I tried to argue that TJ as a company already had my info and I didnt feel comfortable giving it out to same fat fuck who can only see $$ $igns, he apared to take note of my smashed state so I complied simly due to how much effort i had put in just to get out of bed, Being the stoned cunt that I was I actually filled it out with my legit details as I seriously couldnt be bothered thinking up fake shit at that second, That seriously had to be the worst mistake of my life as now im guaranteed to get atleast 15 txt messages a week from these dudes telling me about how fucking great they are even after you reply to them

get over it,you lost a GOOD VENUE just like the other venue you lost because of your dishonesty you gave to the clubs and the crap you tell the players.

By the way DION when you go to the toilet at bexley to open the envelop of the money raised try to becarefull that no one see you take the money from the pot and put it in your back pocket.I seen you do this from the broken hinge in the toilet, your even taking from Rick and steve now they will soon work you out.
So i tried FISHOS POKER and let me say this the venue is great the people are friendly, the staff is great and the management really cares for it patrons,and poker is great.And they dont give one of TJs and i will never be back to your crappy game, by the way qualifing to your finals is crap because all you do is hand out tickets to anyone so on the day the clubs pay you more money.
Its only a matter of time for people to work you out
