    Default $25,000 GTD - $200 Entry

    It's that time again when we host our quarterly "East Coast Poker Championship" which is guaranteed at $25,000 as normal. The game is on this Sunday at noon (11am rego) and has late entry until 1:30pm. Tournament conditions are as follows;

    Entry: $200 ($180 + $20)
    Chips: 25,000
    Blinds: 25 minutes
Prizes: $25k total pool with a minimum of $10k for 1st place

The full blind structure can be found here.

For anyone who wishes to make a weekend out of it we also have a $2,000 2 person teams event on Saturday night where the winning team will gain FREE entry on Sunday. More info on this can be found here.

We are pleased to announce that this event will receive live reporting from our good friends at Poker Media Australia.

We are also very pleased to announce the introduction of our *ALL NEW* 'Special Event Chips' to add to our event security measures. These chips are just shy of casino quality and are for use at our most lucrative events only.

Sorry about the late notice guys but we hope to see a few Sydney siders make the trip once again!

If anyone needs any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Seems you are a complete moron....... It was a $200 buyin ... How do you figure they are freerollers ?

It's not like an APL game where the buyin is $100 but because they satelite 200 people into the game, it works out only $55 goes to the prizepool ....

    174 x 180 = 31,320 ... Maths seems good to me.

Head back to you Freerolls and $12 "Pro Series" - you gotta love $12 being called a "pro series"

Thanks for the predictable response Graham, what a surprise, an Npl representative rubbish Apl !
I see the less popular little brother attitude is still alive and well.

Your comment was unnecessary critical of what was obviously a very popular event. Brad has nothing to do with our League - But when a game is good I will support him.

Based on your comments in the lol APL $100k Series thread you are clearly an APL Freeroller / $12 Pro Series Highroller .... So just stick to comments in your area of expertise - I do not believe a $200 buyin game is your area of expertise.

And as for the maths comment - maybe you are not used to 90% of a buyin going to a prizepool

Apl delivered the 1st ever $1,000,000 game to club poker players along with a variety of buy in and free roll games to suit all.
There has never been complaints of discussing TD calls in $500k show piece games or huge chip overlays in games filled with employees.
Its almost humours to be criticised by such professionally run organizations.
