Half 4/6 of the table is short stacked, that is pretty decent when you are near the bottom of the list. It is just a pity both of the bigger stacks are on his direct left, he wont be stealing from the button much. They aren't showing the blinds but I think he has about 20bb, so he has a good restealing stack size though, so it isn't a complete loss
