lolwat. Also I played in this, fuck live poker etc. I'm just gonna stick to WCOOP, but will probably play the 6 max.

I also thought this was playing to level 14 or 40 players whichever came first as per the T's & C's. I asked Jason (TD) what the situation was when there were questions raised during level 7 and he rightly pointed out he can alter this as per another clause in the T's & C's.

We would have stopped during level 9 instead of 11 if we stuck to the 40 number. I'm unsure of the benefit of the change given 3 x flight 1's will now result in maybe 90 players on day 2 vs. the original 120.

They probably reached 40 players too early.

Given that Flight 3 should attract 150+ players, they couldn't really justify stopping at level 9 or whatever it was yesterday as there would be too many players going onto Day 2 from the larger Thursday flight, meaning the very real possibility of playing a 14 or 16 hour day to get to the final 9.

Yeah Grant, it's a judgement call on numbers. That's why they pay Jason the big bucks. It's a VG tournament structure to kick off the Syd champs. I''l be there day 2 so maybe we can joust.
