    Default Melb Champs Redic Ruling

My brother is hero in hand w 21 left in Sunday night turbo. Top eight pay. All folds (?) to SB "I'm all-in". Hero covers looks doen at AQ "Well I'm all in" and flips hand. UTG then says "why you showing your hand I still have cards?".

UTG has been chatting to someone else and has not acted and says he believed he was in the BB even though he hasn't posted.

TD comes over and says that because there has been substantial action the players in hand SB and BBs actions stand, but gives UTG the option to also play his hand. He looks down at KK and goes all in. SB has 44 board comes out with a queen and hero gets small side pot but loses main.

Where in the world (outside of crown) is it OK for UTG to act last pre? How is his hand not mucked? Seriously crown how can you charge the juice you do and have amateur decisions like this?

UTG did not act last. Everyone else acted out of turn. Usually the dealer picks this up, but almost all seasoned players follow the action so this should never happen.

This is a fair ruling IMO.

You haven't told us the exact stacks, in order to get the correct ruling. If I understood correctly the ruling IS correct if UTG had less chips than the two players who acted out of turn. IF UTG had more chips than the other players involved in the hand, and his first verbal bet was all in, than the other players get all their options back. If UTG had both players covered and his first action was a CHECK than he can call the all ins and the hand was played out correctly

So it's a good angle shoot to cover your cards if you are UTG and dealer is asleep?

BB took a side pot so covered both players.

Then can SB and BB take back their action? They were not allowed this option? Fair Ruling????
