A friendly warning to all that the I Poker sites are really struggling at present and should be avoided - especially for tournaments. In the past 2 weeks I have been deep in 4 different tournaments when they have server problems. Their solution is either to try and fix it while the blinds keep going up ( like 50 minutes) or cancel the tourney and give everyone their money back. Solution 2 is worse especially when you are in the top 10 and over 70% have been knocked out.I think their player numbers have increased and they do not have the network to cope.Their support area is non existent - should be called the saggy bra area!! I have not had one reply to an email.Their payments area has switched suppliers and they have lost one of my cheques - but it is impossible to fix because they dont reply to emails. If anyone has a contact point for them I would appreciate it.

yeh, I had issues getting on last night but they replied quickly enough. They had some server issue. I have always had a response fairly quick with any query that I have had. Contact details should be on their website.Seems lately several other poker sites had server issues. Maybe we should avoid them all Some sites will split up the money between the remainder of the players and not refund those already knocked out since they already lost.

was it a guaranteed prizemoney tourney, and they didn't get enough entries to cover it, then feigned "server trouble" so they wouldn't make a loss?
