didnt mean to write "assies" misprint aussies but u knew what I meant.and as far as "pootang" I havent heard that word used in many yrs. goes to show your age..this post has gone from asking for assistance for holdem video host. to u putting your 2cents worth of bad behaver "garbage" in the pot . this can go both ways.People, like you, who think they know everything are particularly irritating to those of us who do. I need an Australian because i'm not going to the US to film this. And remember this is an introduction, so someone who can perform on camera explaining the hands, the betting and the tactics is more important than someone who "invented" the game. Remember, there's a lot of people who don't know the first thing about poker in general and hold 'em in particular who would love to know how to play.Thanks Luke and hope Tino gets on this noticeboard.

get either mike caro or doyle brunsonthey are heaps well known overseas (ie. make caro has tips on tells) and they might come down here if u say u are a poker fan and want to promote poker...they would prob do anything for poker so i guess u might have a good start thereforget any aussies!! trust me i know from experience...complete garbage!! anyway hope that helps!!

I don't see why you need a high profile Aussie to do a learners video.A player who does not know Texas will have no idea who Tino or Doyle or Phill are.Or what the World Series or WPT are.I have seen videos done by Pro Poker players and they are very inferior in presentation.These people may be able to play but most of them are poor in front of a camera.All you require is an actor and you write the script for him.I cringe when I remember Marsha,Doyle,Johnny Chan,Miami JohnCornuto,Vince Burgio,Daniel Negreanu and others in the promotional video,Poker secrets from Poker Champs.
