Commonwealth bank IBAN/routing number

Hi,trying to do a transfer from a site to commonwealth bank. The site wants a IBAN/routing number, problem is that commonwealth bank claims they don't have one.Does it matter if I fill in junk for this field or is it actually essential to make sure that I get my money? (has anybody had experience transferring from a site that needs one to a cba acct?)cheersiwb

Check the swift button not routing and enter the number from the CBA. Leave IBAN number blank it is for European banks. Put your 6 digit branch number and account number all in the account number field. That worked for me on the iPoker network...gl

I believe CommBank's Swift Code is: CTBAAU2Sbut you probably want to get a more authoritative source than some guy you met on the internet.

Yep, I can confirm the SWIFT code for Commonwealth Bank is CTBAAU2S.I just had this verified yesterday whilst trying to transfer $$$ from moneybookers to my bank account.
