OMG I don't know where to start with these freaking morons. They've closed Australian accounts, so my account is locked so I can't login to request a withdrawal. 20 phone calls later, 30 emails later, and the responses I'm getting from these morons is just surreal. They must be hiring downies from the Philippines in their customer support department. They have sworn about 15 times they will process the withdrawal over the last few weeks, and each time, they never do. Whenever I send an email or call up demanding to know what's going on, they always say "Please login to your account to request a withdrawal." OMG TILT. The amount we're talking here is large, like 30k. I'm starting to wonder if they are fuking with me and they're in financial difficulty. I spoke to a manager today on the phone and she had to have been one of the DUMBEST people I have ever freaking spoken to in my life - no one can possibly be this stupid. They have to be fuking with me right?
