That's because you click refresh to check if anyone has posted after you. Don't click refresh, as it will post your message again. Just click the noticeboard link and go back into the thread that way.

Glad you let me know Gaz, thanx heaps. Sorry again for the inconvenience. Maybe we should turn the noticeboard into a forum, and have sections?? Just a suggestion.
