Heading to Vegas late January on a normal 3 month VISA. Has anyone had recent experiences with leaving the country and returning within a week or 2 and having the VISA restamped for another 3 months. If so I would like to hear from you...Thanks in advance..

You don't need a visa for the US any more

You don't need an actual Visa no, but yeah it is 90 day stay for business/pleasure (not working).Yes, when you leave you come back with a fresh 90 days. I expect there is a max time per year can stay in US though. Probably only relevant if 2 x 90 days isn't enough for you.

Unless you don't have an Australian passport, and actually need a visa in advance? Might be harder then.

Thanks Gaz..Emad said that he spent about 9 months last year going in and out around 3 months so I was just wondering if anyone had done a similiar thing lately.

I was in the U.S for 89 days, left for Monte Carlo came back after 3 days and got another 90 day visa.Over the past 3 years i've travelled in and out of there roughly 10 times, each time getting a new 90 day visa with no questions. Just make sure you tell them you're there on a holiday, and you;re able to prove that you can sustain yourself while over there (taking 10k is a good idea, along with a couple of credit cards)Whatever you do, don't tell them you're there for work, or planning on playing poker for 3 months straight. This will set off alarm bells.

Emad, thanks for the info. Thought this was the case but always good to hear it first hand. Cheers
