and what is the problem with pacific's client being unable to remember my password. This is despite the fact i check the "remember me" check box. This forces me to need to search my email inbox to find my pacific password. I would change it to something easier to remember but I havent yet been able to find a "change password" option in the software

get rid of that irritating "your best hand" option above the fold button. I dont know how many times i have had that chart of hand strengths appear over my tables

Hey I cashed out a Cheque a couple of weeks ago and still haven't recieved it - What is the turn around time I should expect for a cheque?

Cake now has resizable tables.I've played a couple of times on Pacific and am not a fan of the software for the same reasons as above. I'm sure if I learnt how to use it better I would come to appreciate it, but my frustration levels are too high to go back for now.

the players chip total needs to use a space or comma between the thousand and the lower digits. looking at a balance of $23432 and trying to work out if he is all in for the 30K blind or has another 5 rounds is driving me mad

and running a 100% overlay satellite every 30 minutes on a site that doesnt allow more than than four tournaments to be played is some sort of sick twisted joke
