there is a site and forum called casinomeister.com they are very good at exposing shifty/fraudulent casinos and have assisted me to get paid on a number of occasions.I recommend you start making posts in their casino-complainys-bonus-issues forum. they also have industry reps from many online casinos ( including intercasino) available to try and sort out any problems. If they cant sort it out it looks bad for them as it is a public forum

Hi Guys,I have been made aware of the comments on this thread and am extremely disappointed to hear this feedback. I have spoke to TLC at length over the last couple of days to reiterate the importance of them providing the high level of service we demand. I believe the time difference between their main UK booking office and Australia has been a key factor in the lack of communication that you have experienced. I sincerely apologise for this and would encourage all Australian players to alternatively e-mail this specially designated e-mail address (which will be manned locally) if you have any booking queries going forward… australia.concierge@tlcmarketing.com (as quoted earlier in the thread by Luckyshades).I would like to thank you all for bringing this feedback to my attention, as it will certainly influence any decision to work with TLC again in the future, which as a result of this I cannot say I would currently be happy to do (bearing in mind they do not appear to be showing Australian customers the same level of service they have shown our other customers).However, please can I assure you all that you will all receive your flight. Sorry guys, I've been spending my time elsewhere but someone referred me to this thread. Firstly, you have to trust me when I say that InterCasino is so easily the best and most ethical online casino going around. Also one of the largest and oldest. I would not have recommended this promotion to you all unless InterCasino (or maybe one of about 5-10 other online casinos was offering it). Secondly, I'm pretty sure InterCasino is getting screwed by TLC here. Thirdly, I'm pretty sure that the above post is not a troll, but an actual post by Ryan Hartley, the InterCasino manager, renowed as one of the best online casino managers in the business, and a regular award-winner (as is InterCasino). The chance that InterCasino would knowingly enter into a dodgy promotion is like 1 in 10,000 - seriously. I would imagine they are privately furious at this smudge on their brand name and will do everything they can to recify it. I understand some of you will be disappointed at not getting flights on the dates you though, as am I (I really thought I could fly out from Asia, and I think the T&C's said nothing to suggest I couldn't), but InterCasino won't screw us. I'm 100% sure they would rather just buy every single player return flights at cost price than risk having a controversy over it.

Like YoYo said, I don't think InterCasino are to blame here - except for using poor judgement in their choice of partners, i.e a company who is known the World over for not delivering what they promise.TLC's trick here, is to make it so difficult to actually redeem your flights, that at least 50% of eligible people just give up.Their ridiculously restrictive conditions they impose on travel make it hard to see many people even bothering, and coupled with the short timeline they give you to return the forms, really makes it not worth the hassle.If you wanted to take a 4 week trip to America using this promotion, there is probably not a single window for you to fly that doesn't coincide with a public holiday in either Australia or America, or an "airline lock out period". I'm pretty much done with this now - I went out and paid $2900 to fly next weekend, a price made greatly more expensive because TLC Marketing refused to get in touch with me to discuss my flights.The one last thing I'd say to Ryan is the timezone is largely irrelevant. I wasted my own time calling London every single night, only to get told someone would call me back - something which never happened.And if timezone was a problem, TLC have a Sydney office - but no one (except me) bothers to give out their phone number.TLC is a company who relies on people getting so sick and tired of jumping through unreasonable and sometimes absolutely ridiculous and unheard of hoops, that they never have to give out more than 10-20% of what they promise. And that's bad news for you guys Ryan.
