Free flights looking like a SCAM

TLC are involved with LG for their free weekend away promotions, lotsa people not happy with TLC in the way they handling this too. How does this company still exist ?

Norman, I've lost 15k due to this promotion - apparently drunk Jacks or Better at $250 a spin is not a good idea. Now, if people like me had signed up under me, and then run as bad, I would have made nice commissions. But they didn't, so I didn't. I used PokerNews links on PNW. I used my own links on my blog. I think I had 4 signups - 3 of whom won money so I was paid nothing.

TLC need to die. HSBC Premier (HSBC is the largest or one of the largest banks in the world) signed up TLC for a Free Flight promotion - my Account Manager said they did it despite being well aware of the controvery surrounding TLC. I honestly don't know how this company gets away with it or how they are still in business.

I guess to let everyone know, I've got my flight for $510 now. I think putting Ryan Hartley on the cc list was a good idea when discussing things with TLC.

They only gave me two weeks in US though, they didn't give me the dates I wanted, but my ticket down the bottom says I can change the dates for $100. So I emailed TLC again to enquire about this but am not getting any response back now at all.

I don't know what to do but it would sure be good if I can change it.
Two weeks is ok, but if i can change it to 4 weeks for an extra $100 I would.

I'm really shocked no one has contacted lawyers about this.

If you want me to teach these guys a lesson get back to me, and I'll file a complaint under every section of the TPA and get your losses back.

Or easier, contact ACCC with full details and they'll prosecute. I have no doubt TLC would lose this case.

I just got back from the 10 nights in NY with my GF. Both of us got "free" flights from the promotion. (~A$550 each in taxes etc for Syd-NY return)

It took a million emails to TLC/Ryan H but there is light at the end of the tunnel.
