APA Adelaide Organisers and Players NOT GUILTY
Decision handed down by Magistrate Kossiasvelos 15th July 2008Both organisers and players not guilty, here decision is 49 pages.Both defendants are now seeking full costs from the police and this has been adjourned until early September.Police have 21 days to appeal decision.APA is now seeking to get its members property back, will know more in 7 days.

Well done to Virus, Joe, and all those involved.They say justice delayed is justice denied - and this was certainly delayed beyond what most would call reasonable. At least the right decision was made. Let's hope the justice part continues to come to the fore and things are put right, once and for all.BFB

This news has made my day Paul.Congratulations to all concerned.Hit them for compensation with all you have.They must dread the sight of Dr Bob by now.For those who don't know,Dr Bob is not just one of our favourite poker players ,he is also considered as the resident expert on poker and mathematics.Simply great news.Even Robert Mugabe couldn't "fix" this one.

APA Adelaide Organisers and Players NOT GUILTY
Forget to add that the same charges against our other 70 odd members had been adjourned until 17th of December. This was done on the 25th of June, awaiting the outcome of the test case.The question is now whether the police will drop those charges or try to prosecute those members.
