Burswood obviously not looking out for the PokerNetwork Live Reporting Team . . .

Should be a great event, but i'm only worried about the size of the field. Will the 200 quota be filled? (as Seabeast said) Will the payouts be too warped? Will the field feature WA and Australia's best? (Kinkade, Max V, Hunter, Pedley, Lackovic)

Either way, looking forward to heading over for my first trip West!

I'm not going to speak on behalf of the other four dudes mentioned but I certainly wouldn't count myself among WA's best. I'd be lucky if I could spell torenament correctly. Thanks for props though anyhow Tim!

Yeah for sure, it'll be good chance for West Australians to play the role of hosts and prove our hometown isn't quite the "shit hole" that the rest of the country thinks it is!

Tim, stay in touch leading up to event and when you and Heath and Kirsty get to town, Marie and I will organise some nights out!

Dan: offer applies for you too mate, especially as it's your birthday weekend - but I hope you're using roadtrip as a figure of speech rather than actually wanting to drive to and back between Perth and Melbourne!

Bear: another question - what's the cap for the $330NL during the series? With a few more out of towners there for the Western Classic ME, I figure there might be a few people wanting to play this.

Hi Max,

The cap for entrants for both the $120 PLO w/Rebuys/Addon and the $330 NL Holdem will be 100.

Entrants will be processed on a first in,best dressed basis. I would advise early registration for any event you are interested in to avoid disappointment.

The use of alternates are NOT available within our existing poker rules framework.

Initial feedback from interstate visitors is that they will concentrate on the Main Event and cash games.

Please contact me if you have any further queries.
